All sales are final. Quwwaa Gold subscription charges are non-refundable. Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current or any past billing period, even if you cancel the same day you were charged. This does not limit any refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Once a Quwwaa Gold billing period begins, that charge is final. We don't issue partial refunds for unused time, "didn't get around to using it" refunds, or refunds for dissatisfaction after the free trial has ended. If you don't want to be charged, cancel before your 7-day free trial ends — canceling during the trial costs nothing.
Quwwaa Gold begins with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime before it ends from Account → Manage subscription and pay nothing. The no-refund policy only applies once a paid charge has actually been made.
Quwwaa's subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle acts as the authorised reseller of your Quwwaa Gold subscription, and your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy in addition to this page. Like us, Paddle's baseline policy is that transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable — but Paddle, as the merchant of record, retains sole discretion to review and approve a refund request on a case-by-case basis (typically only within a short window of the original charge). If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at quwwaa.io@gmail.com — we're glad to look into it, though approving any exception is ultimately Paddle's call, not ours.
If you're a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off period for digital subscriptions (for example, a 14-day statutory right in the EU/EEA and UK), that right applies regardless of the "all sales final" policy above, unless you've already started using the service during that period in a way that forfeits it under local law. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer protection that cannot be waived by agreement.
