"It's Genius!" Adam Smith Amazed By AFC Bournemouth's Recruitment Model

Adam Smith, AFC Bournemouth's long-serving defender, praised the club's recruitment model as "genius" in an interview with Ben Foster's Fozcast, highlighting how the team consistently replaces departing stars with capable players who develop into Premier League assets. Smith cited examples including Milos Kerkez's replacement with Adrien Truffert and Dominic Solanke's departure offset by Evanilson's signing, noting that squad members now trust the club's ability to absorb major player losses. The defender attributed Bournemouth's success to a recruitment process that, while not always signing household names, has repeatedly proven effective since the club's rise from League One.
