CJP activists to appear before SEM court today; Crime Branch continues probe

Two leaders of the Cockroach Janata Party appeared before a Special Executive Magistrate in New Delhi on Friday following their release from Tihar jail, where they had spent a week in judicial custody. The Delhi Police Crime Branch is investigating two cases stemming from the party's October 13 protest at Jantar Mantar. The appearance came two days after their release as part of ongoing probe procedures.
