Israeli strikes and fire kill 3 Palestinians in Gaza, and other Middle East news

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned settler violence in the occupied West Bank town of Qusra on Saturday, calling rioters a "handful" who harmed the "law-abiding settler public." The condemnation followed over two weeks of unrest in which settlers surrounded Palestinian homes, including one owned by a Palestinian American. U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee unusually labeled the settlers "terrorists," a term U.S. officials typically reserve for Palestinian militants. Israeli forces separated rioter groups and confiscated vehicles. Separately, Israeli military strikes killed three Palestinians in Gaza.
