Telekom invests in Tandem Health: AI-powered medical assistant eases the burden on healthcare professionals

Deutsche Telekom's investment arm T.Capital is investing in Swedish health-tech company Tandem Health as part of its Series B funding round. Tandem Health has developed an AI-powered medical assistant for clinical documentation, coding, and decision support, currently deployed across more than 10,000 healthcare facilities in 14 European countries and integrated with around 130 electronic health record systems. The investment reflects Telekom and T-Systems' strategic focus on digital health solutions to reduce administrative burden on healthcare professionals across Europe.
