Capitolis, a financial technology company, appointed Murugan Manickam as chief technology officer, effective immediately. Manickam, who brings 28 years of technology leadership in financial services including 17 years at Bank of America as global head of FICC Macro Trade Management, will lead Capitolis' global engineering organization and oversee data and AI strategy. He replaces Amos Arev, who remains as head of engineering and general manager for Israel.
