A 25-year-old St Helens Beach man has been charged with multiple property offences following a break-in at a rural farming shed on Greenswamp Road near Chinchilla on June 29. Police allege he stole cordless power tools, batteries, chargers, grinders and tool sets. He was arrested at a Dalby address on July 1 and charged with four counts of enter premises with intent to commit an indictable offence, two counts of enter premises and commit an indictable offence, and one count each of using false number plates, driving without a licence, stealing and possessing tainted property.
The man has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear before Dalby Magistrates Court on August 18.
